Childcare
We know that getting a workout in is hard as a parent and finding quality childcare is even harder. Each of our sitters has been vetted to ensure that your child is in good hands during your run.

FAQs
How old does my kid need to be for childcare?
Our sitters watch kiddos ages 6 months and older.
Our sitters have experience with a variety of ages and will take great care of your kiddo.
What is the sitter to child ratio?
We maintain a 4:1 ratio. If we have 12 kids then we will have 3 sitters.
How do you find the sitters?
We use a local babysitting agency and sitters in the community. Most of our sitters also babysit for Parent Run Club families. We always have a CPR certified sitter on site watching the kids.
Can I join if I don’t bring my kid to childcare?
Yes, we would love for you to join even if you don’t utilize childcare. If you are a parent looking to build community and connect with other parents then you are in the right place!
How fast do you run?
We are a fun and social run club. All paces are welcome and we will stop at trail junctions to make sure everyone is on the route.
We run on the trails so paces will vary and at times we will walk if the terrain is steep. Running is hard and you don’t need to be fast to run with us!
Can I hike instead?
Yes! You can hike with other parents and bring your little one along in a carrier (or stroller if the route allows).
Can I bring my dog?
Well-behaved dogs are welcome to join us for runs, though they aren’t always allowed in the local businesses where we host childcare.
Where do you run?
We run and hike on the trails around Golden including South Table Mountain, North Table Mountain, and Clear Creek. We are lucky to live in such an amazing place full of beautiful trails and endless run routes.
