We’re a fun, social crew where all paces are welcome. We will head out on the beautiful Clear Creek path in Golden for a 4 mile run or 2 mile hike.

🗓️ Schedule

8:30 AM – Drop off kids 👶
8:45 AM – Run or hike begins 🏃‍♀️⛰️
9:45 AM – Pick up kids + wrap up 🙌

⏱️ Pace Groups

• 9:00 – 10:30 min/mile
• 10:30 – 13:30+ min/mile

We’ll be on the trails — so expect varied paces, some walking, and lots of good vibes. 💪
