We’re a fun, social crew where all paces are welcome.
We will head out on the beautiful Clear Creek path in Golden for a 4 mile run or 2 mile hike.
🗓️ Schedule
8:30 AM – Drop off kids for childcare 👶
8:45 AM – Run or hike begins 🏃♀️⛰️
9:45 AM – Pick up kids from childcare + wrap up 🙌
⏱️ Run Details
All paces are welcome. The majority of our crew goes 9:00 - 13:00 min pace but you can do you!
We’ll be on the trails — so expect varied paces, some walking, and lots of good vibes. 💪
👶👪 Family Stroll
This route is kid and stroller-friendly.
New parents can bring their little ones along in a carrier or stroller. 🌼🍼
Older kiddos that don’t need childcare can bike, scooter, or jog with you on the trail! 🛴🚲
