9:00 AM – Drop off kids for childcare 👶
9:15 AM – Run or Hike begins 🏃‍♀️⛰️
10:15 AM – Pick up kids from childcare + wrap up 🙌

⏱️Route Details

• Run pace adjusts to the group

• Hike if you don’t want to run!

We run on the trails so paces will vary and at times we will walk if the terrain is steep.
