Evolution Physical Therapy will be hosting Parent Run Club.

Schedule:

10:30 am Drop Off Kids

10:45 am Run and Hike Starts

11:45 am Run and Hike Ends + Pick Up Kids

We are a fun and social club. All paces are welcome and we will stop at trail junctions to make sure everyone is on the route.

Pace Groups :

• Run pace adjusts to the group

• Baby + Me Hike Group for new parents and expecting moms!

We run on the trails so paces will vary and at times we will walk if the terrain is steep.

Childcare:

• Drop-in cost is $20 per kid

• We now have childcare packages available! Buy a 4, 6, or 8 pack to get a discount!

• Sign up is required for childcare
